PT Megapolitan Developments Tbk. (EMDE) faces challenges in launching new projects due to Covid-19 pandemic and it has planned only one new project in 2021. A new landed housing project will be launched named Cinere Golf Residence – Exclusive, comprising 85 units. Along with the new launch, EMDE will also continue its on-going projects, comprising Cinere Park View landed housing project, Cinere Terace Suits Apartment and Vivo Mall Sentul.
