Marchand Hype Station project from PT Cipta Harmoni Lestari (CHL) in South Tangerang, Banten is aimed to be fully operational in April 2021. The commercial area adopts a modern concept to cater the millennial as its main target, comprising 266 building units with the total building area reaching 3,500 square meters. Since the launch in March 2019, stalls and other commercial products in Marchand Hype Station have been 85% sold.
