PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. (LPKR), through its subsidiary LippoLand, recorded sales of around 12,000 property units in Park Serpong in Tangerang, Banten as of September 2025. LPKR achieved Rp2.47 trillion in marketing sales in the first half of 2025 or equal to 40% of the targeted Rp5.25 trillion for the first half of 2025. This achievement was driven by demand continuation of affordable and premium landed house units in various areas which contributed to 67% of the total marketing sales.
