PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) welcomes the government's policy to provide tax incentives for houses priced below Rp2 billion by boosting its landed house sales in the fourth quarter of 2023. As of the third quarter of 2023, LPKR recorded its marketing sales reaching Rp3.36 trillion or 68.5% of the 2023 marketing sales of Rp4.9 trillion.
