Lippo Cikarang (LPCK) Reshuffles Board of Commissioners

PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk (LPCK) reshuffled its Board of Commissioners at an Extraordinary GMS on September 11, 2026. Shareholders accepted Charles Rigoux’s resignation and appointed Ketut Budi Wijaya to serve the remainder of his term. LPCK said the new board is expected to strengthen governance and support its long-term growth strategy, including the Lippo Cikarang Cosmopolis development. H1 2026 pre-sales reached Rp902 billion, or 53% of the full-year target, up 14% YoY.
