Sumitomo Forestry officially collaborates with Sinarmas Land to develop Kota Wisata Ecovia in Cibubur. This strategic collaboration reflects their mutual vision to present comfortable and sustainable residential on a total development area of 156.5 hectares. The project is aimed to be the preferred residential destination for the Greater Jakarta area urban families. Its initial cluster, Orlens is offered at prices starting from Rp1.8 billion to Rp3.1 billion per unit for types including type 6(89/72), type 7 (122/98), and type 8 (165/128).
