KIJA Plans to Increase Land Bank in 2021

PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk. (KIJA) plans to increase its land bank this year with the allocated Rp200 billion capital expenditure from its internal funding. KIJA prioritizes to add existing land banks in Cikarang (West Java) and Kendal (Central Java). Based on the location, the land bank comprises 1,245 hectares in Kota Jababeka, 552 hectares in Kendal Industrial Park, 1,496 hectares in Tanjung Lesung and 1,794 hectares in Morotai. The total land banks as of 30 September 2020 has reached approximately 5,087 hectares.
