Kereta Api Indonesia to Develop TOD Residential Projects in 4 Cities

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI plans to develop Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) projects comprising 14 residential towers across Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya. The residential projects will be offered at prices starting from Rp500 million for type 45 units and Rp600 million for type 52 units. Previously, KAI recorded that the TOD areas in several of its stations have increased the number of electric railway (KRL) passengers.
