Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Records Rp51.92 Billion in Net Profit

As of the third quarter of 2025, PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk. (RISE) recorded a higher net profit attributable to the holding entity of Rp51.92 billion or increasing by 102.4% from Rp25.64 billion in the same period last year. To accelerate its business in 2026, RISE will launch new projects, including Vasa Suites Hotel in Surabaya and a new residential cluster in Taman Dayu, and strengthen its management structure to support long term growth.
