Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Records 36% Increase in 1Q-2026 Revenue

PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE) recorded Rp173.1 billion revenue in the first quarter of 2026, increasing by 36% from Rp1271 billion in the same period last year. Profit attributable to the holding company also increased by 496% yoy to Rp97.2 billion. The growth was driven by the performance its main segment, including contribution from the recurring income of real estate and commercial portfolio which grew by 4-% yoy to Rp117.4 billion or 68% of the total revenue.
