Jababeka (KIJA) Relies on BizPark to Capture Business Property Market

PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA), through subsidiary PT Graha Buana Cikarang, is relying on its Jababeka BizPark multi-purpose warehouse project to target compact commercial markets like logistics and e-commerce. Having recorded sales of 270 units priced between IDR 1.65 billion and IDR 2.5 billion per unit since its launch, the company has officially completed the simultaneous Phase 1 unit handover to buyers in Cikarang.
