Jababeka Conducts the Groundbreaking of Bizpark Phase II

PT Jababeka Tbk (KIJA) conducted the groundbreaking of Jababeka Bizpark Phase 2, continuing the success of the first phase which currently has entered the completion phase. For the second phase, KIJA introduced the concept of Japanese Bizpark which focused on modern design, space efficiency, and high functionality to cater the needs of businesses and investors. Available in types including Single Building, 2 in 1, and Two View, each unit has 9-meter high ceiling feature which also allows the construction of the third floor. The project is planned to be completed in 12 months and  the handover by the end of 2026.
