Jababeka Acquires KIS

Jababeka acquired a 51% stake in PT Kawasan Industri Seafer (KIS) for Rp340.86 billion, expanding its industrial estate portfolio into Central Java. The acquisition provides control over approximately 500 hectares of land in Kendal and supports the company's long-term industrial development strategy. Conducted through its subsidiary PT Indocargomas Persada, the transaction strengthens Jababeka's growth opportunities and market presence. The company stated that the acquisition will not have a material impact on its operational or financial performance.
