In the Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Draft on Capital Investment Business Sector, a derivative of UU 11/2020 of Work Creating, the government will limit certain business sectors with specific requirements into 48 sectors. The business sectors with specific requirement are the sectors that can be entered by foreign and domestic investors with foreign investor capital limited at 49% or required 100% of domestic capital.
