PT Intiland Development Tbk focuses on completing its existing projects as well as expansion this year. Some of the existing projects are high-rise and several residential projects including the completion of the second phase of 57 Promenade Apartment, Spazio Tower and Praxis in Surabaya, Serena Hills in Lebak Bulus, Magnolia Residence in Tangerang and Graha Natura Surabaya. DILD allocates Rp1.5 trillion for capital expenditure this year.
