INPP Strengthens Recurring Income Contribution

PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) aims to increase recurring income contribution to 70% of total revenue by the end of 2026 to ensure more stable cash flow. In Q1 2026, the company recorded revenue of Rp326.9 billion, up 14% year-on-year, with commercial and hotel assets remaining the main contributors. Property sales also grew 38% year-on-year, supported by unit handovers at Antasari Place. Going forward, INPP will focus on strategic expansions centered on sustainable, income-generating assets.
