The Indonesian Industrial Estate Association (HKI) reported that the industrial estate business remained in the positive growth trend until April 2026, specifically in the Greater Jakarta Area, West Java, Central Java, Batam, and East Java’s industrial corridor amidst cautious global situation. The sectors which aggressively driven the demands were data center; and the logistic and modern warehouse sectors. Moreover, global industry relocation and supply chain diversification strategies are also supported the industrial estate demands in Indonesia.
