Indonesia's Digital Economy and Financial Volume to Reach 147.3 Billion by 2030

The advancement in digital technology further develops the system of financial transactions. The Governor of the Bank of Indonesia Perry Warjiyo stated that currently the volume of digital economy and finance reached 37 billion transactions worth Rp520 thousand trillion and in 2030, it is expected to quadruple to 147.3 billion transactions. This advancement has driven Indonesia to be the country with the fastest growth in economy and digital payment systems globally and is estimated to be the world’s best fastest digital in 2030.
