Indonesian Paradise Property Plans to Launch 23 Semarang Sopping Center in 2Q-2026

PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk. (INPP) to officially launch 23 Semarang Shopping Center in the second quarter of 2026, coinciding with the school holiday season. The mall is developed through a joint venture between INPP and Binus Group and is located in the Pearl of Java by adopting the tropical vernacular architectural concept with an open green space as its point of excellence. Residing on a total land area of 6 hectares, the mall which is aimed at the middle-upper segment will house 200-500 tenants.
