The Statistics Indonesia (BPS) recorded  that Indonesia experienced a monthly deflation of 0.08% in August 2025. This is reflected in the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which fell from 108.60 in July to 108.51 in August. Annually, Indonesia inflation at 2.31% yoy, while current inflation rate (January–August) stood at 1.60% ytd.
