IMF: Indonesia's Economy May Grow 5.1% in 2026

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) estimated that Indonesia’s economy may grow 5% in 2025 and 5.1% in 2026. This estimation is higher than the estimation in the October 2025 Edition of World Economic Outlook report at 4.9% for 2025 and 2026. IMF also stated that core inflation to be well-maintained and reached the targeted median point. The current transaction balance deficit for 2025-2026 will also be well-maintained with adequate reserves.
