After its Initial Public Offering (IPO), PT Grand House Mulia Tbk. (HOMI) continues with its residential projects, including Parkville Serpong residential project at Gunung Sindur, Bogor, to aim at middle income consumers averaging Rp15 million per month. The project comprises four mini clusters, including the first under construction Canola Cluster and the second cluster of Astoria that is in the marketing phase.
