The development of Greater Jakarta Light Rail Transit (LRT) is aimed to start operation in June 2022 with 31 trainsets to serve up to 500,000 passengers per day. A trial-run from TMII Station to Harjamukti Station has been conducted at 80 kilometers per hour speed with no considerable issues. The operational speed will be at 60 kilometers per hour.
