Government to Operate Additional Toll Lanes for Eid Al-Ftr Holiday

The Indonesian government will operate several additional toll lanes during the 2026 Eid al-Ftr holiday to anticipate the increase in intercity traffic and to reduce congestions on a number of main corridors. Approximately 10 lanes which stretch the total of 291 kilometers will operate free of charge. In addition, the government will also operate approximately 15 rest and service areas on nine toll roads while providing the average of 30% discount of toll tariff to improve travel time distribution to the public.
