The government through the Ministry of Agriculture and Spatial Planning or National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) officially ratify the use of electronic land registration certificate as contained in the ATR/Head of BPN Ministry Regulation Number 1 Year 2021 regarding Electronic Certificate. The electronic certificate is aimed to ease land registration, law certainty and protection, reducing land dispute and lawsuit and to increase the registering property value to improve the Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) rating.
