The Greater Jakarta area is preparing for Transit Oriented Development (TOD) projects integrated with the mass public transportation. There are at least ten of property projects initiated by private companies and approximately 57 projects by the government. The value of these developments reaches at least Rp66.5 trillion. TOD projects are deemed to be potential given the future development of MRT, LRT and the high-speed train.
