Government Officially Extend Borne Value Added Tax Extension

The Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa officially issued the Regulation No. 90 Year 2025 on the extension of Government Borne Value Added Tax (PPN DTP) up to 100% for landed house or vertical housing units with the highest selling price of Rp5 billion. This incentive will only be valid for one unit per person by using the Identification Number (NIK) or Tax Identification Number (NPWP).
