The Indonesian government extended the tax holiday incentive for entities of non-pioneering industry sector with the emphasis of a one-year investment realization for investors from the regulation’s issuance. This regulation is contained in the Finance Ministry Decree of PMK No. 130/2020 which was revised to PMK No. 150/2018 effective on Friday (9 October).
