Government Borne Value Added Tax Incentive Supports Metropolitan Land's Marketing Sales

PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (Metland) reported that the government-borne Value Added Tax (PPN DTP) incentive significantly supported its residential sales, with over 50% of its marketing sales benefiting from the program in September 2025. Its marketing sales was recorded at Rp1.34 trillion or 67% of the targeted Rp2 trillion for 2025. In 2026, MTLA estimated that incentive uptake will increase although it will also depend on the public’s purchasing power.
