Sinarmas Land attracted 12 to 15 new investors after BSD City was appointed  as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for Education, Technology, and International Health in Banten, as stipulated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 38 of 2024. The Digital Hub KEK has the total land area of 59.68 hectares with investment realization aimed to reach Rp18.8 trillion when fully operational in October 2025 and absorb up to 13,446 workers. Currently, Knowledge Tower, the first tower designed for digital talents, with the total floor area of 21,109 square meters has been fully occupied.
