Wednesday, 23 September 2026

Bank Indonesia reported net foreign capital inflows of approximately US$400 million into the domestic financial market during September 2026. The inflows were mainly supported by investments in government securities and sovereign bond issuances. Despite moderating from earlier levels, the figure reflects continued investor confidence in Indonesia's economic prospects. Strong foreign exchange reserves also continue to provide a buffer against external risks.
