ESR Collaborates with MC Urban Development Indonesia to Develop Two Logistics Hubs

ESR and PT MC Urban Development Indonesia (MCUDI), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, expand their strategic partnership in Indonesia with the construction of two modern logistics and industrial facilities in the Greater Jakarta Area with the total assets value of more than US$80 million. The facilities are Karawang Logistics and Industrial Hub and Cikarang Logistics and industrial Hub of Grade A category and stand on the total land area of 100,000 square meters and 68,000 square meters, respectively. Both of the projects have begun and are aimed to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.
