PT Easton Urban Kapital, through its subsidiary PT Easton Urban Megumi, collaborates with PT Anabuki Property Indonesia (API), a Japanese developer and a subsidiary of Anabuki Group to develop a commercial and residential area in Ciputat, South Tangerang. The project resides on a total land area of 18 hectares comprising approximately 114 commercial and residential units. There will be three types available at prices starting from Rp1.9 billion per unit which adopt the concept of tropical house.
