PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk. (DMAS) owns 1,276 hectares of land bank in Kota Deltamas as of 30 September 2020, comprising 406 hectares for industrial, 494 hectares for commercial and 377 hectares for residential. The industrial project of DMAS named Greenland International Industry Center (GIIC) resides on a total land area of 1,458 hectares. Currently, GIIC is occupied by 130 tenants of the automotive and its derivatives sectors such as logistics, food and beverages and health sectors.
