Danantara Integrates All State Owned Enterprise Hotels Under InJourney

The Head of BP BUMN COO Danantara Dony Oskaria stated that hotels owned by the State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) have officially integrated under InJourney, making the hotel operator the second largest in Indonesia. This integration is a part of BUMN’s transformation orchestrated by Danantara as the concrete step to optimize assets value and stronger managerial structure. The first step of the consolidation was started by the signing of the Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (CSPA) on 11th June 2026.
