Danantara Housing Expo 2026 obtained Rp800 billion in marketing sales even before the official opening on 27th-30th August 2026 at NICE PIK 2 driven by the initial offering amplified through booth network in various shopping centers and Himbaran bank branch office since early August. The strong demand was also supported by flexible offers from Himbara including 1% down payment, tiered interest rates starting from 2.75% for the first 3 years, free provision and administration fees, and up to 30 years mortgage.
