Danantara Establishes National State-Owned Enterprises Holding

The government through BP BUMN established a new State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) holding, Kawasan Industri Indonesia to consolidate all industrial estates owned by BUMN. The restructuring is initiated by Danantara with the aim to solidify the industrial estate management and to increase national investment appeal. However, the asset management business side will remain under Danareksa.
