PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) expects its property sales in the second semester to improve after the sales in May recorded a 30% decline. In the first quarter of 2020, CTRA recorded its profit declining by 37.3% from Rp283.1 billion to Rp177.51 billion in the end of March.
