CitraGarden Sidoarjo, a residential development residing on a total land area of 50 hectares in Sidoarjo, East Java, is launching its latest project named “Somerset” in Cluster The Orchard. Somerset is a two-story housing development project which adopts the concept of a Tropical Modern Classic. The houses are available on a 150-square meter of land area with 194 square meters of building area, comprising five bedrooms with a balcony. The houses are only available for 17 units with prices starting from Rp2.8 billion per unit.
