PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) aimed to achieve Rp9.5 trillion marketing sales in 2026, the same level in 2025 when its achievement declined by 14%. The 2025 revenue was recorded at Rp12,7 trillion or growing by 13% from Rp11,2 trillion with net profit grew by 25% to Rp2.7 trillion from Rp2.1 trillion in the previous year. CTRA is confident to achieve this target by focusing on the development of residential products and geographical diversification as well as utilizing the Government Borne Value Added Tax (PPN DTP) incentive.
