The integrated project CINITY with the total land area of 500 hectares officially launched in eastern Jakarta as an international standard residential and business township. With design to meet the need of an integrated and comfortable environment amongst the industrial dense Cikarang area, CINITY combines the functions of residential, commercial and green space. The township is located between Jakarta and Karawang as a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area with the concept of smart city and green city to improve quality of life and to create a comfortable and pedestrian friendly urban environment.
