Bumi Serpong Damai Sets Rp10 Trillion in Marketing Sales for 2026

PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) aimed to achieve Rp10 trillion for its 2026 marketing sales after recording a solid performance in 2025 with Rp10.04 trillion in marketing sales. From its achievement in 2025, the residential segment was the largest contributor, reaching Rp4.19 trillion or 42% of the total achievement. This positive achievement also showed the continuing consumers’ strong interest on residentials units, specifically in integrated development projects.
