PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) records its marketing sales at Rp9.72 trillion in 2024, higher than the previously targeted of Rp9.50 trillion, and showing 2% growth from 2023. BSDE also reported that the residential segment became the largest contributor at Rp5.40 trillion or 56% of the total marketing sales, meanwhile the commercial segment contributed Rp3.76 trillion or 39% of the total marketing sales.
