PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), a subsidiary of Sinar Mas Land, recorded Rp7.1 trillion in marketing sales by the end of the third quarter of 2025, representing 71% of its annual target of Rp10 trillion. This achievement grew by approximately 4% from the same period last year of Rp6.84 trillion. Entering the last quarter of 2025, BSDE continues its sale strategy by optimizing its marketing network, holding the national campaign titled “Move in Quickly,” and utilizing the of Government Borne Value Added Tax (PPN DTP) incentive, which was extended until the end of 2026.
