Bukit Uluwatu Villa Completes the Acquisition of Bukit Permai Properti

PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA) acquired PT Bukit Permai Properti, a subsidiary of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA), for Rp 536.28 billion on 28 November 2025. In detail, SMRA divested 335.27 million shares of PT Bukit Permai Properti owned by PT Summarecon Bali Indah (SBI) at Rp375.45 billion and 143.56 million shares of PT Bukit Permai Properti owned by PT Bali Indah Development (BID) at Rp160.77 billion. BOD also divested 50,000 shares to PT Nusantara Realti, a subsidiary of BUVA, at Rp53.63 million, increasing its landbank in Bali’s premium area.
