PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk. (BSDE) aims for Rp7 trillion in marketing sales. This target will rely on its three main segments, including residential, commercial and other segments. BSDE also expects a limited growth in the fourth quarter 2020 when it recorded Rp1.8 trillion in marketing sales or 28% from the total target for 2020 at Rp6.5 trillion.
