Bank Indonesia Projects 2026 Inflation at 2.62%

The Bank of Indonesia (BI) projects 2026 inflation at 2.62%, within the 2.5±1% target range set in the 2026 Bank of Indonesia Annual Budget (ATBI). The inflation rate is projected to remain low with the core inflation component under control and by considering the well managed imported inflation. Based on data from the Statistics Indonesia (BPS), October 2025 year on year inflation rate reached 2.86%, while the core component yoy inflation reached 2.36%.
