PT Diamond Citra Propertindo Tbk. (Diamond) launched Apple5 Condovilla with a total investment of Rp300 billion. The handover of the 427-unit low rise apartment project is targeted in 2023. The project comprises five towers and it resides on a total of 3,400 square meters with each unit having a 5-meter floor-to-floor ceiling, a mezzanine bedroom and prices starting from Rp449 million for one bedroom unit type.
