The Indonesian Shopping Center Association (APPBI) is creating the basic health protocol as the response to the Ministry of Trade Letter No. 12/2020 regarding the Trade Activities Recovery Amidst the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) and the New Normal. The basic guidance will be the reference of the Standard Operating Procedure for all shopping centers and it can be adjusted to the condition on each shopping center and their local government regulations.
