PT Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk. (AMAN) is optimistic to achieve a better performance in 2020. AMAN has allocated approximately Rp30 billion in the capital expenditure this year and it aims to achieve Rp90 billion in revenue by the end of this year from its industrial estate business. Also, AMAN aims to sell 25 unit Standard Factory Buildings and 12 of which have been sold in the first semester of 2020.
